Design of noise control for punching machine:
The technical measures are simple, the noise reduction effect is good, and it is widely used in the noise control engineering. The following aspects should be paid attention to in the design and selection of sound insulation cover.
1, the wall must have enough sound insulation, and in order to facilitate manufacturing and installation and maintenance, it is advisable to use 0.5-2mm thick steel plate or aluminum plate and other thin and dense materials.
2.When light or thin material such as steel or aluminum plate is used to cover the wall, it must be reinforced on the wall and coated with damping layer, so as to restrain the resonance and the effect of anastomosis.
3.there is no rigid contact between the cover body and the sound source equipment and its seat, so as to avoid the formation of the "acoustic bridge", resulting in the reduction of the sound insulation volume. At the same time, vibration isolation is formed between the sound insulation cover and the ground to reduce the solid sound.
4.when there are sound insulation doors and windows, ventilation and cable and other pipelines, the gaps must be sealed, and there should be vibration reduction and sealing measures around the pipelines.
5.Sound absorption should be added to the hood. When using porous loose material, there should be a strong protective layer.
6.the housing form is appropriate, as little as square parallel cover wall is used as little as possible to prevent the standing wave effect of air sound in the hood. At the same time, the inner wall of the hood should have a larger space between the equipment and the equipment, and the space distance between the inner wall and the equipment should not be less than 10cm, so as to avoid the coupling resonance and reduce the sound insulation.
7.when the temperature rise of the machine and equipment of the cover needs to adopt the ventilation cooling measures, the muffler should be added, and the muffler should match the insertion loss of the sound insulation cover.
