2.in case of design, process and material installation quality problems, response within 24 hours, and submit maintenance plan to the owner, and send experienced technicians to on-site maintenance, until repair.
3.acoustic product manufacturing quality problems, free warranty;
If the problem is discovered after the expiration of the warranty period, the company will respond within 24 hours, and repair the damaged acoustic products by cost and labor costs.
