Koa electronics (taicang) co., Ltd. is a foreign-funded enterprise invested and built in Taicang by the world famous resistance manufacturer, koa Corporation of japan. Koa Corporation is a 65-year-old Japanese listed company that produces all kinds of resistors and related electronic components. It is a multinational group company. The company is located at 111 Luoyang Road, Taicang Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province.

Noise and vibration produced by the air compressor in the factory will affect the physical and mental health of the workers. The running noise of the single compressor can reach 86dB (A). According to the noise characteristics, we adopt the methods of isolation, absorption and noise elimination to control the noise as follows:

1. Resistive muffler is made by fixing it on the inner wall of airflow passage with porous sound absorbing material. Resistive muffler has good effect on medium and high frequency noise reduction.

2, install sound insulation cover, comprehensively control the noise of air compressor. Between the cover and the machine, the cover and the foundation, usually filled with damping materials to prevent the transmission of vibration and sound waves.

3. Install the glottis to prevent noise from affecting the outside world. The size and performance of the glottis are determined according to the requirements of sound insulation level, installation space and fire protection level. The surface treated by rust-proof spraying has the advantages of reasonable structure, good integrity, high strength, convenient construction, smooth and beautiful surface, flexible opening, strong and durable.
