Engineering Introduction: 

With the development of power system, transformers are more used in civil places such as enterprises, commercial centers, schools, residential quarters and other civil places. The transformer will inevitably produce noise problems during the use of transformers. In recent years, people have improved the requirements of social living environment, the noise problem is becoming more and more significant, and the noise control of transformers is improved. It is also particularly necessary.  

  

Solution:

The transformer noise source is mainly composed of three parts of core, winding and cooler. The iron core is made of silicon steel sheet. Under the action of alternating induction, it will produce slight expansion and change, and then realize the periodic vibration. The electromagnetic field formed in the transformer winding will also make the transformer structural parts vibration; transformer is working over. The vibration of each component in the process and the noise produced by the operation of the cooling system together make up the noise of the transformer, so the noise of the transformer is composed of two parts: mechanical noise and air sound.            

1, the rubber vibration isolation pad is adopted at the bottom, with the principle of dynamic transmission and sound source isolation, which can eliminate and isolate the vibration transmission and absorb the solid sound produced by the vibration transmission. It has the advantages of low natural frequency, good isolation effect and so on. The rubber has the characteristics of resistance to oil, heat resistance, acid and alkali, and high aging resistance. The temperature range is -20 C ~90 C, and the damping ratio is 0.06~0.08.            

2. Using metal insulation cover and louver ventilation muffler to achieve sound insulation effect. The selected material panel is ultra microporous sound absorption plate, centrifugal glass cotton is filled in the middle, and the back plate and keel have galvanized composite plate. The silencer of the louver muffler is 5 ~ 15dB (A), and the performance of the silencer is medium and high frequency. The performance of the silencer is mainly determined by the form of the single louver, the distance of the louver, the angle of the installation and the effective length of the sound. Ventilating and silencing louver structure can eliminate noise window structure, make high quality materials such as stainless steel, high quality aluminum alloy and galvanized steel plate according to the requirement of environment, and use special processing technology in any climate condition, and the air flow resistance is small, the amount of noise is large and the shape is beautiful.
