Metal soundboard is an important part of metal noise barrier, mainly used for noise elimination and sound insulation. The structure is composed of metal plates (not limited to aluminum plates, galvanized steel sheets), and the panels, cavity and backboard formed by bending and bending. The panels are mainly circular holes, micro perforations, compound pinholes and blinds. The cavity is mainly filled with rock wool, glass wool, foam aluminum and other sound absorbing bodies. The fiber absorption board is put on a layer of aluminum fiber felt in the middle of two kinds of mesh plate, and then pressed into 1.0mm--2.5mm thick sheet through the roller. It is easy to install and maintain, with reasonable cost performance, and can spray various colors.
