The static pressure box is a necessary accessory for reducing the dynamic pressure, increasing the static pressure, stabilizing the airflow and reducing the vibration of the air supply system. The static pressure box is a device that allows air flow to pass and effectively prevents or weakens the outward propagation of sound energy.


Anechoic classification

1, the resistive muffler: it absorbs sound energy through noise absorption material inside the box to reduce noise. It is generally used to eliminate high and intermediate frequency noise. However, due to structural reasons, it is not applicable under high temperature, high humidity and high speed.

2, anti muffler: noise elimination by changing the cross section. This principle is commonly used in our silencer. Generally, low and medium frequency noise reduction is not required for wind system.

3. Impedance compound: the resistive muffler has good medium and high frequency muffling performance. According to the geometry of air passage, it can be divided into straight tube, chip, folded plate, labyrinth, honeycomb, acoustic flow, baffle, elbow and so on. The resistance muffler is suitable for eliminating medium and low frequency noise or narrow band noise. According to its principle of action, it can be divided into expansion type, resonant cavity type and interference type. The impedance compound muffler, which has resonant cavity, dilatation chamber and perforation screen, combines the good middle and high frequency noise elimination characteristics of the impedance muffler and the better low frequency noise elimination characteristic of the impedance muffler, so the noise elimination band is wide. It is one of the most commonly used standard muffler series. The suitable wind speed is 6~8 M / sec, the maximum can reach 8~12 m, it can be used alone or in series. Noise elimination effect: low frequency 10 ~ 15dB/m, medium frequency 15 ~ 25dB/m, high frequency 25 ~ 30dB/m, average drag coefficient is 0.4. According to "air conditioning", noise elimination elbow and noise elimination static pressure box belong to one kind of muffler.
