Material Science:
The panels and orifice plates are made of galvanized steel sheets, and can be made of cold rolled flat plates, stainless steel and aluminum plates according to user requirements. The filling material is made of rock wool board, and different bulk density is selected according to different sound insulation requirements. Protective material is made of alkali free plain glass cloth or flame retardant non-woven fabric. Polyethylene film can be used for special dustproof. Besides the stainless steel material, the soundproof boards made of other materials can be sprayed on the surface.
Specifications:
The thickness of sound insulation board is two kinds: 50mm and 100mm. According to user requirements, sound insulation boards with thickness of 150mm and 200mm can be made. The width of the sound insulation board is 1215mm, and the minimum width is 360mm. The maximum length of the sound insulation board: 4500mm.
